Brenntag’s Digital Transformation
Brenntag, a global leader in chemical distribution, faced the challenge of managing extensive customer data across their Salesforce environment. The problem was Brenntag’s data was fragmented, which caused duplication and inefficiencies that hindered various teams, including sales and service representatives.
Accessing critical customer information often required navigating multiple Salesforce screens and conducting time-consuming lookups. Brenntag sought a solution that would streamline data management, eliminate redundancy, and provide a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
Hero was selected to revamp Brenntag’s customer data landscape. Leveraging our deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, customer and sales data modeling, and sales business process enablement, we configured multiple Salesforce products including Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing to enable cross-persona use cases that fueled efficient growth and end-to-end visibility.
