Customer Experience Trends Report
It’s all about the customers. On Day 1, Acquia released its Customer Experience Trends Report that analyzes the perspectives of marketers and consumers on open source innovation and what makes or breaks customer experiences. There’s a lot of work to be done with 66% of global consumers stating that they “don’t remember when a brand experience exceeded my expectations.” And with 86% of marketers who plan on increasing their CX budgets in 2019, it’s important to keep in mind that CX is more than simply bringing customers in the door; it’s about fostering long-term, meaningful relationships.
