Top Knobs needed a robust eCommerce experience — built with design and user experience in mind — that facilitates a seamless shopping experience between separate store instances and optimizes product display, ordering, and configuration.
Solution
- Recommended the Adobe Commerce Cloud (formerly Magento) platform due to its extensibility, native B2B functionality, ERP/PIM integration capability, and intuitive content and merchandising features for administrators
- Crafted an experience using an integrated stack including Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento), ERP-One, and Salsify PIM
- Built a curated gallery and style wizard to help consumers dial-in their preferences and browse a curated catalogue personalized to their taste
- Developed a robust catalog and product mapping system to tie in necessary resources and sample inventory for collections and product pages
