Contract Senior Project Manager

Overview

Hero Digital is looking for a Contract Senior Project Manager/Producer focused on driving the delivery of core roadmaps for an Enterprise Website and App. You have a strong understanding of the digital user experience process. This is a 3-6 month contract and will require working PST hours. The ideal candidate will be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.

What you'll do

Manage project timeline, scheduling, defining priorities, coordinating reviews, escalations and risk mitigation
Handle work intake requests, engaging with partners on related details, briefs/BRDs/docs, Q&A
Collaborate on resource management decisions, supporting Designers on day-to-day, milestones, deliverables
Facilitate portions of project kickoffs, engaging cross-functionally with other experts and shared services
Proactively identify solutions to meet changes in project scope while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision against tight deadlines
Balance project scope, priorities and goals with various teams and keep clear and constant communication channels open with all stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to route layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for review and approval
Schedule handoffs and assure delivery of appropriate assets to teams
Provide quality assurance on projects and promote exceptional quality standards on all deliverables

Who you are

5+ yrs years experience managing high traffic, consumer-facing digital projects (eCommerce, post purchase customer lifecycle a plus)
Experience managing creative/UX design projects
Ability to ramp up quickly and work semi-autonomously
Well organized with positive attitude
Problem solver able to keep team moving forward and unblocking hurdles
Experience with production studio and process development
Strong eye for detail
Client-facing with strong written and verbal communication skills
Work PST hours
