Inclusive and delightful experiences for everyone
We are actively striving to meet or exceed all criteria outlined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA as well as community best practices and recommendations to ensure our website and work is accessible for everyone including people with disabilities.
We regularly monitor accessibility of new features, content and offerings; however, if you encounter any issues accessing content or have recommendations on how to improve our existing accessibility please reach out to our team.
We aim to deliver digital solutions that are inclusive and usable for everyone.
Our guidelines for accessibility are driven by four key principles that create broad, forward-thinking guidance for accessible web content.
Perceivable
Information and user interface components must be presentable to all users in ways they can perceive.
Operable
User interface components and navigation must be operable, ensuring touch targets are identifiable and well separated.
Understandable
Information should be clear and easy to read and listen to, ensuring the page structure and content hierarchy are readable.
Robust
Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
Accessibility in our work
We are committed to expanding awareness of accessibility standards and best practices across our agency and ensuring WCAG 2.2 requirements are met as best as possible in the digital experiences we create for our clients.
How we’re improving accessibility:
- We include an accessibility strategy within projects so stakeholders and team members are aligned on the agreement of accessibility standards and implementation plans.
- Accessibility standards are managed internally by subject matter experts and certified accessibility professionals.
- We aim to meet accessibility criteria within the design system and development of user interface components
- Accessibility testing across operating systems, browsers and devices to ensure assistive technologies are supported such as keyboard navigation, NVDA, and screen reader voiceover.
- Continued accessibility training, education and resources are provided to employees
