Welcoming Arun Kumar, SVP, Data & Insights

Hero Digital, the leading independent customer experience (CX) company, today announced the appointment of Arun Kumar as SVP, Data & Insights.

Arun will evolve Hero Digital’s data & insights strategy and capabilities in service to the company’s commitment to creating meaningful customer experiences. He will lead data strategy for Hero’s most complex clients to uncover CX opportunities that unlock new value and drive client business results. 

Arun joins from Wunderman Thompson New York, where he served as Co-Chief Data Officer, overseeing the their data and analytics practice. Arun worked with clients such as Bose, Carnival, Newell Brands, and TD Bank to create multi-channel personalized experiences from customer insights.

Prior to Wunderman Thompson, Arun served as Global Head of Analytics at Publicis OneTeam, managing end-to-end analytics for brands like Citi. Arun also co-created the modeling algorithm behind online business valuation service Bizequity’s small business tool. He has also held data science and analytics roles at Razorfish and Advanta.

Arun will be based in Hero Digital’s New York office and report to Hero Digital President, Patrick Frend.
