What you'll do

  • Build and manage positive relationships with Senior Managers and Directors within client organization
  • Understand client business goals & KPIs and provide direction to Hero team
  • Partner with Digital Marketing team to develop digital campaigns, projects, and initiatives
  • Lead business development efforts for assigned accounts and work to develop thoughtful statements of work
  • Serve as a mentor to junior members of the Client Services team, to cultivate the growth and development of team members
  • Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts and add unique value to clients
  • Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in one of the following areas: business, marketing, communications, e-business engineering or computer science
  • Your Account Management experience spans 5 - 8+ years in Digital Marketing or Online Advertising
  • Demonstrate an understanding of content management systems (CMS), analytics, display media, social media, paid search, SEO, and customer experience (CX) marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities, including outstanding presentation skills
  • Possess solid experience in driving long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions
  • Experience in mentoring people and ability to inspire a positive, harmonious attitude among the team
  • Google Analytics & Adwords Certification strongly preferred
  • Real passion for digital marketing and technology
